If you’re ready to launch your new business or you’ve been in one for some time, you know how important it is to have a marketing budget, or at least you should. This is something many new online entrepreneurs don’t anticipate, that spending money on marketing – and other items – on a regular basis is a key component in growing your business.
As the British would say about that headline, ‘you’re taking the piss’. After all, who doesn’t like to be paid in cash?
When it comes to participating in legitimate online paid surveys, there are a few out there and I noted one of them in a previous post. However, many pay in gift cards, coupons and points but here is one that’s different.
It’s called Paid View Point.com and it’s different because the surveys you take are the quick in-and-out-done-in-a-few-minutes type of surveys. You certainly won’t get rich doing it but if you’re invited to do a survey, you’re guaranteed to get paid in cash, via PayPal. It’s ideal for stay-at-home-moms or retirees or for people who have time to kill and want to make a few bucks online. Check it out here.
If you own rental property you know the best day of the month is the first day, when rent is due. That’s when you calculate your cash flow and rejoice in the passive income, excellent!
However, as you know, life doesn’t work so seamlessly and there are usually hiccups in the road like, bloody hell, my tenant hasn’t paid his rent and is now giving me excuses as to why he doesn’t have it blah blah blah. The bottom line is if his inability to pay rent continues, ultimately he has to go. The next issue to tackle is now you have to find a new tenant.
No matter what business you’re in, you want your marketing dollars giving you the biggest bang for your buck. So if you’re looking to generate new customers as quickly as possible, it’s important you connect with those already in your line of business and advertise where they do because it works.
It’s been five years now that I’ve been part of a local real estate investment group in the Toronto area.
The guys who head the group of 400+ investors are brilliant marketers, to say the least. Since I joined in 2012, without fail, I’ve received a monthly newsletter in the mail along with a CD of their latest audio interview. You can also access all their audios online along with hundreds of insightful articles. They’re always in your face with their brand but it’s always ok because they consistently deliver value. So what’s the point to all this? Continue reading “The Power of Following A System”
Doing videos in front of the camera is soooooo Not in my comfort zone but I do it anyways, hopefully they’ve helped you. Writing a blog on the other hand, I enjoy. I’ve always enjoyed writing but as an Internet marketer, you have to ‘purposefully write’ and use the correct keywords.

There are so many tools out there you can use to market your business. As recently as today, I’ve already had a few questions about the same thing, do ringless voice mails work?
To answer that, here’s a summary of what Go Ringless Extreme is and isn’t: It IS a terrific marketing tool to help you get hundreds of people calling you back within a few minutes so yes, it works. However, it ISN’T perfect.
With the millennial generation – millennial’s are between 18-34 years old – many on the younger side of that age bracket don’t actually use email. Social media sites like Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp has given these younger millennial’s an avenue of not needing it.
You wouldn’t think a 6-week-old kitten would have anything to do with a marketing plan but stay with me on this one.
When I went to my old friend Linda’s place a few weeks ago, her cat gave birth to a litter of 5 kittens. I noticed a black and white one who looked the most curious and friendly out of the lot and liked him immediately but thought, no, this wasn’t going to work.
